How to Install:Before installing verify all the bin files
During installation, don't open anything. Let the computer do data unpacking.
Try the install checklist with the LIMIT RAM setting of 2GB.
Disable Antivirus and try to check for malware on windows with Malwarebytes Premium
Disable Windows 10 Defender. Just turn the "writing protection" off.
Uninstall All Redist 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 with CCleaner
Advice from fitgirl: Disable AntiVirus and Disable UAC before installation, run setup.exe as admin with Windows 7 compatibility.
