Then mount the codex-one.piece.pirate.warriors.4.iso file with Daemon Tools / PowerISO (if using Windows 10, right click then open with explorer),
Run setup.exe, check Copy contents of CODEX directory to installdir, click install, and wait for it to finish,
Run the game via a shortcut on the desktop,
