Then delete the folder below
C: \ Users \% UserName% \ AppData \ Local \ Adobe \ Acrobat
C: \ Users \% UserName% \ AppData \ LocalLow \ Adobe \ Acrobat
C: \ Users \% UserName% \ AppData \ Roaming \ Adobe \ Acrobat

Then reinstall Adobe Acrobat below
after that delete the file "AGCInvokerUtility.exe" in
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Adobe \ AdobeGCClient \ AGCInvokerUtility.exe
or
C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Adobe \ AdobeGCClient \ AGCInvokerUtility.exe

Give the firewall back as above!

Note: those who still ask to sign in or have not been activated, make sure the amtlib.dll file in the install directory (Program Files (x86) \ Adobe \ Acrobat DC \ Acrobat) is not deleted by your antivirus!
